HORO Hartmetallwerkzeuge Handelsgesellschaft mbH was established by Rolf Hollmann in 1984 and supplies its customers with tooling solutions for more than 30 years. In 1984 HORO was the first distribution partner of WIDIA in Germany and is an expert for cutting tools ever since. We develop and implement tailor made tools according to our customer's requirement.
In 2002 WIDIA was purchased by Kennametal and since then we supply tooling solutions from the whole range of Kennametal products.
World-wide HORO is active and well-known as a supplier for tools for heavy duty machining in the pipe industry. We offer edge planning, milling and turning solutions for an optimal weld seam preparation for spiral pipes, longitudinally welded pipes and for pipe end machining.
As a tungsten carbide specialist we also supply engineering components for the protection against wear.
